Armada Media Corporation began operations in 2006 and is operated by experienced broadcasters. The acquisition target is on small and midsize U.S. radio markets.

Today Armada is comprised of six clusters serving Upper Midwest and near West markets. The company owns and/or manages 28 properties and holds one construction permit. The stations are located in six states: South Dakota, Minnesota, Nebraska, Colorado, and Kansas.
